The
Strawberry Patch is LOADED! The sunshine is making the berries ripen
quickly and making the berries sweet at the same time. Patch is open
from 8am-7pm Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. We will be
open on Memorial Day from 8am-5pm. See you at the Farm!

to pick. The Strawberry Patch is open from 8am-7pm today! On Memorial
Day we will be open from 8am-5pm. PYO Strawberries are $2.50/lb and
Berries already picked are $5.25 qt. Fresh Produce today: Strawberries,
Asparagus, Broccoli, Lettuce, Kale, and Spinach. See you at the Farm!

Strawberry Patch is open from 8am-7pm Monday - Saturday! The patch is
loaded with beautiful, ripe strawberries. Fresh Picked Strawberries in
the Market on our Farm! The patch is just a little muddy at the
beginning of the rows. See you at the Farm!

Special
Event here at the Farm Today: Sat., May 18: Jennifer Penick a Pampered
Chef Consultant, will give a demonstration of products that are useful
in the preparation of salads and dressings. There will be one demo at 11
a.m. and another demo at 1 p.m. There will be tastings, recipes, and
the opportunity to order some of these great and useful products.
Proceeds from this demonstration will go towards purchasing equipment of
the kitchen at Miller Farms. JoJo will also be available to answer some

The
Strawberry Patch will be open from 8am-7pm today (Sat). We will also
have berries that have already been picked available in the Market on
our Farm @ $5.25/qt. Don't let the rain deter you, even in Strawberry
season we don't wish the rain away. We just planted another 1/3 acre of
Sweet Corn yesterday and lots of lettuce, spinach, and swiss chard.
The rain is just perfect for those plants and seeds. Besides the rain
will keep you from getting a sunburn today. Fresh Produce in the Market

HOMEMADE
WHIPPED CREAM! Buy a pint of Trickling Springs Creamery heavy cream at
our farm. Dump it into a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup of sugar, and 4 TBS
of sour cream. Whip quickly until it reaches the thickness that you
like. It should make little peaks when you dip into it with a spoon.
If you whip it too long then you will make butter. Homemade whipped
cream has a very short shelf life. The addition of sour cream allows
you to use it for a week. Once you have tried homemade whipped cream,

tomorrow (Sat) for Pick Your Own. We are closed on Sundays. The Patch
is loaded with berries, we are in prime Strawberry picking season. Now
is the time to pick! Remember when you are in the Market to get heavy

The
Strawberry Patch is open from 8am-5pm today. It is loaded with ripe,
delicious strawberries just waiting on you! The patch is only muddy
right at the beginning from the irrigation. As the temps stay in the
upper 80's, we will need to continue to run the irrigation to help keep
the plants producing well. Today is Milk Day! As soon as the Milk
Truck gets here this morning we will be restocked. Fresh Produce today:
Asparagus, Strawberries, Lettuce, Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, and Pac
