Strawberries

Strawberries are over for the 2010 season.  Look forward to Strawberries again in late April or early May 2011.  Thanks for your support.

We are near the end of Strawberry Season.  Pre - picked strawberries will no longer be available in our market.  Our pick your own patch is still open.  We have reduced the price of our strawberries from $2.30/lb to $1.50/lb.  There are still juicy, ripe, flavorful strawberries in the patch, however they are not as plentiful as they were at the begining of the season.  Now is a great opportuinity to pick strawberries at a reduced price.  The strawberry crop was unique this year.  The strawberries seemed to ripen all at once and then really slowed down.  Come enjoy the strawberries while they last.

Look forward to blackberries being ready around the first full week in July.

Strawberry patch hours will be 8:00 - 7:00 on Memorial Day.  After Memorial Day we will resume our regular hours of Mon - Sat 9:00 - 5:00.

 

Picking Strawberries at Miller Farms is special because:

After you have picked your strawberries, be sure to visit our market where we offer a variety of items

Our market is on the opposite side of the road from the strawberry patch.  PLEASE WATCH  YOUR CHILDREN.  We recommend driving from the patch to the market.

We do not offer fieldtrips or tours during strawberry season.  You are welcome to schedule a time for your group to come pick.
