Grease a 9" springform pan.  Set aside.

For the crust mix these ingredients and press into bottom of 9" pan and 1/2 way up the sides:

1 1/4 cup grahm cracker crumbs

2 tbs sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

set prepared crust aside.  Do not pre - bake

for the filling, mix these ingredients in mixing bowl until well blended:

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

4 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup sugar

Then add 1 cup whipping cream (heavy cream)

Beat 4 egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture in mixing bowl

Pour into prepared crust.  Bake 1 hour @ 325.  Turn oven off after the hour of baking and let cheesecake sit in oven another 1/2 hour.
